DTCC appoints Chikada

The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) has named Ayako Chikada as head of DTCC data repository in Japan.
Chikada will lead DTCC鈥檚 Japan-based trade repository, succeeding Seiji Ryusekido, who will retire after serving 12 years at the company.
She brings 35 years of experience to the role, having most recently spent 12 years as executive director for sales, relationship management, and business management at DTCC.
Prior to that, she served as senior sales manager at Markit, and held a number of roles within fixed income at Bear Stearns, UBS, and BNP Paribas.
