Charlie Badran, Head of AXA Financing within the Trading, Securities Financing and derivatives department (TSF-D) has been for more than 18 years at BNPP Asset Management (ex AXA-IM). Charlie is in charge of the Repo and financing activity globally.

Prior to joining AXA IM, Charlie worked in London at Bloomberg as a trading system sales covering both France and the Middle East. Before that, he worked in a French investment bank as a Repo and Bond trader in Paris and Luxembourg.

Furthermore, Charlie Badran seats on the governing board of the International Capital Market Association (ICMA) European Repo and Collateral Council (ERCC).

Charlie Badran holds a MSc in Mathematics from University of Nice Sophia Antipolis and a MSc in Science and management from NEOMA Business School.

Wassel Dammak is the Head of Collateral Solutions Strategy at VERMEG. In this role, he bridges financial services with technological innovations, helping institutions adapt to unpredictable market events and seize new opportunities.

Mr. Dammak has held multiple roles at top-tier global software vendors, where he assisted clients in developing transformative operating models with high strategic readiness. His focus areas included product management, go-to-market strategy, and revenue generation, particularly within the fintech industry and capital markets.

He holds a bachelor鈥檚 degree in Accounting and AV狼 from the Carthage High Commercial Studies Institute of Tunis. Institute of Tunis.

Darren Crowther is the General Manager for Broadridge鈥檚 Securities AV狼 and Collateral Management (SFCM) division. His entrepreneurial attitude to seeking innovative solutions for market problems has Darren continually spearheading new approaches to streamline the Securities AV狼 industry. Darren has over 20 years鈥� experience in the Securities AV狼 and software business and has been with Broadridge since the acquisition of 4sight in 2016. From 4sights beginning in 2003 Darren has served in a number of leadership roles, including Vice President of Solution Delivery. He is a business champion for Diversity, Equity & Inclusion facilitating various initiatives across Broadridge.

Ernst Dolce is the CEO and co-founder of Banqora, with over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. He has a proven track record of generating revenue across a 鈧�300 billion securities financing portfolio and developing innovative solutions for banks, insurers, pension funds, hedge funds, and asset managers.

Before founding Banqora, Ernst led AXA IM鈥檚 Liquidity Solutions business and trading activities in repo and securities lending (2019鈥�2022). He previously held senior roles at AXA IM, including Head of Structuring and Solutions Development (2016鈥�2019), Senior Structurer (2013鈥�2015), and Senior Investment Risk Manager (2006鈥�2013). Earlier in his career, he was a Quantitative Analyst at CDC IXIS AM and QuantElligence.

Ernst holds an MSc in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Lyon II and an MSc in Financial Engineering from ESLSCA Paris.

Sabine Farhat is Head of Securities AV狼 Product Management at Murex. She leads the MX.3 product evolution for Repo, SBL, and the full synthetics offering. Her recent work has focused on preparing the securities finance solution for physical and synthetics to the new market demands by enhancing the whole value chain front to back to risk for high-volume Straight-through Processing offering and continuously focusing on regulations. Sabine holds a master鈥檚 degree in management of Financial Institutions from Universit茅 Paris Dauphine.

Remy Ferraretto joined CACEIS in 2020 and was appointed Head of Securities AV狼 Sales at the end of 2024.

He started his career in Paris in the early 2000s at IXIS Capital Markets, before moving to Natixis Asset Management and then Dexia Asset Management, which later became Candriam.

Remy has built solid experience across financial markets operations and Securities AV狼, initially focusing on operational management for OTC derivatives before moving to Securities AV狼 trading activities. He was appointed Head of the Securities AV狼 desk in 2018, before joining CACEIS.

Gabriele has over 25 years鈥� experience in market infrastructure for fixed income and collateral management, a significant amount of which he has spent brilliantly moderating panels and chairing conferences all over the universe and beyond much to the annoyance and envy of Bill Foley.

Gabriele has extensive repo and securities lending experience, having previously worked at Mts/LSEG, Euroclear and Eurex. When he started Godfried de Vidts and Richard Comotto were children. He currently is Head of European Expansion for BondCliq, the central market system for the corporate bond market, which recently opened its capital to LSEG/Refinitiv, Aflac Ventures, SEI庐锔�, Vanguard and Jane Street.

Simon Heath is Chief Strategy Officer at EquiLend where he leads the strategic growth agenda and serves as a member of the firm's executive leadership team.

Simon was previously at J.P. Morgan, where he spent eight years as Managing Director, most recently serving as Global Head of Agency Securities AV狼. Prior to that, he held senior roles at State Street, Citi, and Deutsche Bank, building deep expertise in securities finance, client strategy, and market structure across a career spanning more than 25 years.

Tony joined ISLA in September 2023 as Director of Market Practice.

Based in London, and working closely with a cross-section of industry stakeholders, Tony is focused on supporting the continuous alignment and further development of ISLA Best Practices. This considers, amongst other things, aspects such as legal frameworks and constructs, digital and technology, market operating models, peer associations鈥� standards, as well as regulatory impacts (including T+1).

Pierre Khemdoudi is the co-founder and CEO of Gentek.ai, an innovative Agentic AI Workflow solution focus on regulatory compliance and post trade automation.

With over 20 years of experience in capital markets and technology across North America, Europe, and Asia, Pierre has a deep expertise in building industry-leading solutions. Previously, he led the creation of the global regulatory reporting suite at S&P Global, including the industry-standard SFTR product, and oversaw key acquisitions like Catena and Cappitech. Before S&P, Pierre drove product innovation in equity and regulatory businesses at IHS Markit, delivering tailored solutions to the investment management community. His journey began in aerospace engineering in North America, followed by senior roles at BNP Paribas across major financial hubs.

Pierre's career is marked by a passion for building impactful products and transforming industries through technology.

Matthew (Matt) Neville is the Head of Agency Lending Trading for EMEA at State Street. Matt is responsible for global clients across equities and fixed income products and has over 20 years securities finance experience spanning both agency and principal trading, sales, collateral management and funding optimisation.

Matt is Vice Chair of the board of ISLA (International Securities Lending Association) and sits on the Bank of England Securities Lending and Repo Committee.

He is also a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

State Street provides experienced securities lending capabilities and supplies liquidity across more than 45 markets, worldwide, via Securities AV狼 offices and trading desks located throughout the Americas, Europe/Middle-East/Africa and Asia/Pacific regions.

Gabi Mantle is Global Head of Solutions Engineering at EquiLend, leading the firm's global pre-sales function and designing bespoke solutions across its full product suite. She works closely with clients throughout the sales cycle, from product demonstrations and RFP responses to solution design.

With 25 years in securities finance, including senior post-trade roles at EquiLend, Deutsche Bank, UBS and Bank of America, Gabi is one of the industry's foremost voices on securities lending operations. She's been at the heart of the T+1 transition, working across North American, EU and UK industry groups, and is a regular speaker at ISLA's Post-Trade Conference, Finadium Rates & Repo and the Securities AV狼 Times Symposium.

A founding member of the original ISLA Post-Trade Working Groups, Gabi hosted the inaugural ISLA Post-Trade Conference back in 2007.

Rob joined in March 2019 as a Product Manager responsible for Oversight Management Solutions for Beneficial Owners within EMEA, as well as being the head of the Securities AV狼 consultancy team.鈥� He has nearly 40 years鈥� experience in the financial securities industry, with over 25 years focused on the Securities Lending business.鈥� Before joining S&P Market Intelligence, he spent 10 years at JPMorgan within Agency Lending as a Product Manager, Relationship Manager, before becoming Head of Agency Lending Sales for EMEA. He has held positions at Merrill Lynch, HSBC, Gartmore and UBS Global Asset Management, where he spent 5 years as Head of Securities Lending and 3 years as Head of Corporate Governance.

Neelan Pavan is a seasoned financial services professional with over 15 years of expertise specializing in securities finance, fixed income, and post-trade product management. Currently, he serves as a Technical Product Manager on the Post鈥慣rade Product team at MarketAxess in London, where he drives innovation in trade matching and regulatory reporting solutions tailored for near鈥憆eal鈥憈ime exception detection and resolution.

Previously, Neelan built his credentials as Product Manager for Fixed Income & Repo at Pirum Systems (2017鈥�2023), developing market-leading capabilities for collateral and risk management. His earlier tenure at Commerzbank AG (2009鈥�2015) culminated in his role as Assistant Vice President covering short鈥憈erm interest rates and repo operations. He also held positions at Dresdner Kleinwort, Deutsche Bank, and the Bank of England.

Olivier Zemb joined CACEIS in 2019 as Head of Equity AV狼 & Collateral Trading in Luxembourg. He started his career in Paris at Fortis Investment Management as a Securities AV狼 Trader. He has over 16 years of experience in the Securities AV狼 industry with almost 10 years at BNP Paribas Securities Services in London where he was Head of Global Trading Strategies for the Agency Lending department. Olivier holds a Master 2 Research (DEA) in Markets and Financial Intermediaries from the Toulouse School of Economics.

Martin is a senior product manager at FIS focused on strategic projects in securities finance and collateral management. Previous roles include Global Head of Securities AV狼 and Treasury IT at Dresdner Bank, Global Head of Prime Brokerage Technology at RBS and Head of Product for Securities AV狼 and Collateral Management at Broadridge. He combines a wealth of practical experience in building and rolling out systems with deep experience in fintech research. He is an honorary research fellow at Warwick Business School鈥檚 Fintech Centre and a fellow of the Center for Evidence Based Management. His published works include a book on capital markets technology, multiple journal papers on Fintech and AV狼 and a great many articles on securities finance, fintech, regulation, management and economics. Martin has been quoted many times in the press including the Financial Times, the Times, the Independent, Reuters, Bloomberg, Wired and many others. He has an MSc in Computing Science from Imperial College London and BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics.

Georgia Whilock is a Product Manager within BNY's CollateralOne platform. Her focus is on product strategy, and the development of liquidity, financing, and collateral solutions for buy-side clients. Prior to this Georgia has worked in BNY鈥檚 Liquidity, Global Collateral, and FX businesses.

Roy Zimmerhansl is a recognised expert in securities finance and collateral management with a strong custody and clearing background. Roy has a track record of success, leading businesses at agent banks, in prime brokerage, collateral trading and fintech, both in start-up mode and revitalising stale enterprises
