Ownera and DFNS have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to launch a joint go-to-market focused on accelerating the adoption of tokenised collateral mobility and intraday financing across institutional markets.

The partnership combines Ownera’s orchestration infrastructure with DFNS’ secure wallet, governance policy management, and transaction management-signing technology to help financial institutions manage, mobilise, and optimise tokenised assets.

Ownera’s production-grade intraday repo and tokenised collateral platform has been validated through industry initiatives involving more than 70 institutions.

Under the partnership, the two companies will jointly market an integrated solution enabling institutions to custody tokenised cash, funds, and securities within DFNS-governed wallets while mobilising those assets across intraday repo and margin workflows.

Ownera will provide the interoperability layer through its FinP2P routing network to move assets across venues without bilateral integrations, while DFNS will deliver the institutional wallet infrastructure, key management, and programmable policy controls.

Together, the organisations aim to deliver a complete collateral lifecycle solution spanning inventory management, margin calls, collateral optimisation, and atomic settlement.

As part of the collaboration, DFNS will become a Founding Member of the Open Collateral Network and will feature a live application within Ownera's SuperApps ecosystem.

The joint go-to-market initiative will focus on financial institutions facing growing collateral pressures, including hedge funds, asset managers, corporate treasuries, and market infrastructure providers.

Ami Ben-David, founder and CEO of Ownera, says: “Ownera’s value offering of collateral mobility and intraday financing can be rapidly accelerated when paired with institutional wallet infrastructure.

“This agreement will simultaneously support and expand Ownera’s impact whilst facilitating high-value commercial use cases for DFNS and their clients.”

Clarisse Hagège, CEO of DFNS, comments: ”The institutions we serve do not want to bet on a winning chain, and they should not have to. Ownera's FinP2P network lets them connect once and transact with every other participant, across EVM chains, Canton, Solana, and legacy systems alike.

“DFNS gives them the layer to execute, control, and operate on that network with the discipline their regulators expect.”
